Cuddle-Therapy is a very special field of platonic touch, helping people cope with touch starvation and heal from trauma. Sessions typically start with some relaxation exercises and breathing techniques then move into more traditional cuddling methods or activities. This can help you relax into the session and move past any nerves or tension you may have about cuddling up with a stranger. Cuddling, hand holding, hair stroking, or even the idea of sitting with someone without expectations releases oxytocin and dopamine. It also facilitates the development of authentic connection and the type of secure attachment that some people may have never had in its fullness. It can really provide a base for health, mental wellness, and happiness. All clothes must stay on at all times and you are welcome to touch over clothes as long as it’s not sexual or in areas that would be covered by a bathing suit or underwear. ⚫ When? My business hours are 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday, unless previously discussed. I do weekend cuddle sessions, late night sessions, and slumber party sessions when booked in advance. ⚫ Where? I have a safe space in my home office & snuggle / photography studio.
